Ms. Theresa Carol Laster Young age 57 of Elkton, KY passed away Saturday November 11, 2017 5:15 p.m. at Hearthstone Place in Elkton, KY of natural causes. Services will be Wednesday November 15, 2017 11:00 a.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton, KY with Rev. Fred Harrison officiating. Burial will follow in the Slaughters Cemetery in Clifty, KY. Visitation will be Tuesday November 14, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton, KY.
Ms. Young was born in Elkton, KY July 8, 1960 the daughter of Nancy Caroline Wilson Laster and the late Billy Parker Laster. She was employed by Laster’s Lumber Co. as a De Barker Operator. Besides her Father she is preceded in death by one grandson Tristan Clements.
She is survived besides by her Mother her son Jamie and his wife Cissy Young of Elkton, KY, her daughter Christy and her husband Jess Smith of Pocahontas, AR, her brothers Bruce and John Laster both of Elkton, KY and Stephen Laster of White House, TN, her Sisters, Sarah Belanger, Hannah Pewitt, Loyce Foster and Joyce Powell all of Elkton, KY, 8 Grandchildren.
