I would like to take the time and let people know that if your choosing a funeral home to lay your loved one to rest this is the funeral home to choose. My grandfather Hubert Owens taught me that this was something that was sacred and personal.. When my mother passed it was by far one of the hardest things we as a family have endured. When she passed she was a shell of a person. The night we walked in for her visitation I was so proud and emotional at seeing that she looked like who she was and not someone who had wilted away. Jimmy and Brad are firm on tradition and excellance at what they do. They personally make the loss that you are going through easier to get through. My grandfather was loyal on who and what he chose in his life and when I was growing up Latham Funeral Home was the choice for all of the families we knew as well as ours. You know the saying you get what you pay for well we got way more than what we paid. Tradition and caring how you go through your loss is such a personal thing that you want people who have built there life serving our community on those standards.. Brad when you called the other morning I was at work and I had my mother on my mind and you just called to see how we my dad was and all of us, I got off the phone and I had tears in my eyes and I was smiling and my boss asked me was everything allright and I told her it was Brad from the Latham Funeral Home checking on us and she was amazed that you took the time to call and check on us.
