Mr. William Larry Tribble age 84 of Trenton, KY passed away Sunday April 9, 2017 1:00 a.m. at Alive Hospice in Madison, TN of natural causes. Services will be Thursday April 13, 2017 11 :00 a.m. at Trenton Baptist Church in Trenton, KY with Rev. Dean Anderson and Dr. Don Mathis officiating. Burial will follow in Edgewood Cemetery in Trenton. Visitation will be on Wednesday April 12, 2017 from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Trenton Baptist Church and on Thursday after 9:00 a.m. at the church. Latham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Tribble was born August 12, 1932 in Trenton, KY the son of the late William Clayton Tribble and Mary Lou Patterson Tribble. He had served as teacher at Pembroke High School, served as principal of Trenton and Guthrie Elementary and served as Todd County School Superintendent. After retirement he taught at Richview Middle School in Clarksville, TN. He was a member of Trenton Baptist Church where he served as a Trustee and Active Member. He was a member of the Trenton Civic Club and had served as Mayor of Trenton.
He is survived by his wife of 62 years Jonelle Tribble of Trenton, his daughter Beth Frerichs and her husband Matt of Hopkinsville, KY, his brother Bob Tribble of Adams, TN, his sister Jeane Denton of Florence, AL, his two grandchildren Margaret and Taten Frerichs.
