Mr. Wade Stinson, age 92 of Hopkinsville and formerly of Elkton, passed away 12:10 AM, Friday, March 19, 2021 at Christian Health Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with memorial service at a later date. Latham Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Stinson was born in Todd County April 20, 1928 the son of the late Henry Brown Stinson and Zina Shanklin Stinson. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran during the Korean War Era and a member of the Elkton Baptist Church. He is survived by his brother, Walton N. Stinson of Evansville, IN, his special friend Betty Warren of Hopkinsville, KY, Nieces Sandra Stinson Phillips, Margaret Stinson Beaton, Elizabeth Ann Boyd and Jacqueline Boyd Weathers, his nephews Buddy Stinson and Ernest Boyd.
