Tom Tucker

Mr. Tom Tucker, age 72 of Allegre, passed away 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, August 29, 2023 at his residence. Services will be 6:30 p.m. Friday, September 1, 2023 at Latham Funeral Home with Rev. Freddie Harrison officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00 to until time for the service at 6:30 p.m. Friday, at Latham Funeral Home. The family has chosen a cremation service to follow.
Mr. Tom was born April 30, 1951 in Ovil, KY. He was a retired truck driver. Mr. Tom was a member of the Mt. Tabor Missionary Baptist Church where he served as a Sunday School teacher. He was also a member of the Mt. Tabor Cemetery Committee. He was preceded in death by his parents, Emsirah and Jane Mann Tucker, his son, Joe Tucker, his brothers, Coleman and Clay Tucker.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Mary Heltsley Tucker of Allegre, his son, Daniel Tucker of Allegre, his daughter, Kelly Tucker McNabb and her husband, Sean of Smryna, Georgia, and his most special granddaughter, Morgan Jo McNabb, his brothers, David Tucker and his wife Marie of Elkton, Richard Tucker and his wife Kim of Tuckertown Community, his sisters, Rita Rager and her husband David of Tuckertown Community, Sue Coursey and her husband, Wendell of Russellville, Betty Powell of Sharon Grove and Paulette Rice and her husband Homer of Clay City, KY.
