Shirley Elaine Fries

Mrs. Shirley Elaine Fries, age 69 of Elkton, passed away 12:19 AM, Saturday, June 20, 2020 at Hearthstone Place in Elkton of natural causes. The family has chosen cremation with a memorial service to be held at a later date. Latham Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Shirley was born February 5, 1951 in Reading, PA the daughter of the late Eddie Lester Fries and Elaine Hope Racine Kauffman. She was a retired waitress and grocery clerk. She had previously worked at Dairy Queen in Elkton. Mrs. Shirley was a member of Mount Tabor General Baptist Church in Allegre. She loved to work puzzles, playing computer games, shopping and spending time with her grandkids.
Survivors include her daughters, Krystle Hale of Tolland, Connecticut and Dezera Buck of Elkton; her brother, Bobby Kauffman of Pennsylvania; her grandchildren, Dakota Buck, Damien Buck and Mystic Buck.
