Randy Glen Powell

Mr. Randy Glen Powell, age 62 of Allegre, passed away 10:00 PM Sunday, January 24, 2021 at Jennie Stuart Medical Center ER of natural causes. Services for Randy will be 1 PM Wednesday, January 27, 2021 at Latham Funeral Home with Rev. Buddy Weatherford officiating and burial to follow in the Mount Tabor Cemetery Visitation will be held from 5 - 8 PM on Tuesday, January, 26, 2021 at Latham Funeral Home.

Randy was born September 15, 1958 the son of the late Glen and Barbara Nell Powell. He had retired from Harper Construction where he worked as a mason. Randy loved fishing and working with junk cars in his spare time.

He is survived by his wife of 40 years Ella Rose Powell, his sons Tyler Glen Powell of Kirkmansville and Seth Powell of Elkton, a brother Carl "Cotton" Powell of Hopkinsville, three sisters Rebecca Bass and husband Andy of Hopkinsville, Mary Ellen Meacham and husband Kavin of Hopkinsville, and Susan Hall and husband David of Kirkmansville, his grandchildren Jamison and Isaac Hall.

In addition to his parents, Randy was preceded in death by his daughter Shelley Powell and brother Douglas Lynn Powell.
