Polly Glenn Power

Mrs. Polly Glenn Ogden Power, age 88 of Elkton, passed away 3:00 AM, Thursday, October 28, 2021 at her residence. Services will be Monday November 1, 2021 1:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home with Mr. Ethan Eadens officiating. Burial will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery in Elkton, KY. Visitation will be Monday November 1, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home. Services will be live streamed at lathamfuneralhome.com.
Mrs. Polly was born in Elkton October 26, 1933. She had been employed as a bank teller for Planters Bank of Todd County and clerk for Jimmy Groves Circuit Court Clerk. She was a member of Pleasant Grove Church of Christ. She was an avid reader. She is preceded in death by her parents Robert Jeffries “Bob” Ogden Jr and Kathleen Hall Ogden.
She is survived by her husband George E. “Buddy” Power of Elkton, her sons David Power and his wife Teri of Elkton, and Jeff Power and his wife Sandy of Elkton, KY, her daughter Judy Gilliam of Antioch, TN, her brother Robert Jeffries “Bob” Ogden III and his wife Peggy of Owens Cross Road, Alabama, 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
