Paul Stokes

Mr. Paul Stokes age 91 of Elkton, KY passed away Saturday April 28, 2018 12:07 p.m. at his residence of natural causes. Services will be Thursday May 3, 2018 2:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton with Rev. Tommy Wilhite and Rev. Mitch Hedge officiating. Burial will follow in the Stokes Chapel Cemetery in Todd County. Visitation will be Wednesday May 2, 2018 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton.
Mr. Stokes was born in Todd County May 13, 1926. He was retired from Pennyrile Rural Electric after 35 years of service. He attended Stokes Chapel Church in Todd County. He is preceded in death by his parents Lois Stokes and Nannie Mable Knight Stokes, his son Paul Michael Stokes in 1960.
He is survived by his wife of 74 years Margaret Knight Stokes of Elkton, his son Jerry and his wife Jane Stokes of Guthrie, KY, his daughters Ann Norfleet and her husband Dwight of Crofton, KY, Brenda Sue West and her husband Elwood of Crofton, KY, and Elaine Davis and her husband Michael of Elkton, KY, 7 Grandchildren, 16 Great Grandchildren and 8 Great Great Grandchildren.
