Paul Edwin Power

Mr. Paul Edwin Power, age 92 of Elkton, passed away 7:30 PM, June 21, 2022 at his residence. Services will be Friday June 24, 2022 10:00 a.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton, KY with Rev. Matt Seel and Rev. Willard Knipp officiating. Burial will follow in the Todd County Meadow Haven. Visitation will be Thursday June 23, 2022 at Latham Funeral Home from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Service will be live streamed at lathamfuneralhome.com.
Mr. Paul was born in Todd County December 28, 1929 he was a dairy farmer and a member of Elkton Cumberland Presbyterian Church where he served as an elder. He attended Petrie Memorial United Methodist Church. Mr. Paul was a member of several organizations including Todd County Dairy Association, past president of the Todd County Fish and Game Club, Quarterback Club for Todd Central Rebels, founding member of Town and Country Club and an avid University of Kentucky Fan. He is preceded in death by his parents Charles Power and Mary Chesnut Power, his son in law Jim Powell and grandson James Derek Power.
He is survived by his wife of 70 years Jerri Power of Guthrie, KY, his son Larry Power and his wife Cheryl of Elkton, his daughter Sheryl Powell of Elkton, KY, his brothers Buddy Power and Johnny Bob Power and his wife Linda all of Elkton, his grandchildren Chanda Fowler and her husband Adam of Louisville, KY, Josh Powell and his wife Jessica of Cadiz, KY, Tara Cox and her husband Aaron of Elkton,KY, Katherine Cole and her husband Gavin of Elkton, KY, and Miranda Power of Bowling Green, KY, his great grandchildren Abby and Avery Lawson of Frankfort, KY, Hallie, Sophie, Lacy Emmy and Tucker Cox all of Elkton, Anniston and Marshall Cole of Elkton, and Lexie Powell of Cadiz.
