Nancy Clara Edmonds

Mrs. Nancy Clara Bailey Edmonds, age 79 of Elkton, passed away 7:00 a.m., Saturday, March 30, 2024 at Auburn Health Center in Auburn, KY. Services will be 1:00 p.m., Thursday April 4, 2024 at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton, KY with Rev. Spencer Osborne officiating. Burial will follow in the Glenwood Cemetery in Elkton, KY. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Latham Funeral Home.
Mrs. Edmonds was born September 19, 1944 in Elkton, KY. She was retired from Kiddy Corner Daycare in Elkton. Mrs. Edmonds was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church in Elkton, KY. She loved to cook and play cards “Spades” and watch wrestling on TV. She is preceded in death by her parents Mose Zell Bailey and Caroline Simpson Bailey, her step mother Laura Mae Bailey, her brothers Kenneth Wayne Bailey and William Louis Toliver, her sisters Mozella Edmonds and Joyce Bailey.
She is survived by her son Michael Jerome Bailey of Elkton, KY, her daughters Carolyn Lynn Bailey of Elkton, KY and Leslie Ann Clayton of Russellville, KY, her brother James Terry Bailey of Charlotte, NC, her sister Judy Taylor of Bowling Green, KY, and a devoted cousin, friend and neighbor Charlotte Morrow, 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Also a host of nieces and nephews.
