Michael W. Davis

Mr. Michael Wallace Davis, age 69 of Elkton, passed away 8:00 PM, Tuesday, December 7, 2021 at Spring Meadows Nursing Facility in Clarksville, TN. Services for Michael will be 1:00 PM, Sunday, December 12, 2021 at Latham Funeral Home with Rev. Mitch Hedge officiating. Following the service the family has chosen a cremation with burial to follow in Sango Cemetery in Clarksville, TN at a later date. Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 to 8:00 PM at Latham Funeral Home.
Mr. Davis was born January 16, 1953 in Montgomery Co., TN. He was retired from Cook Ford Tractor and Supply in Clarksville, TN. He was a member of Millers Chapel Baptist Church and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, Roger Wallace Davis and Fannie Loverie Holt Davis Clark; his first wife, Debbie Downing Davis in 2003, his brothers, Gilbert Roger Davis in 2004, Cecil Forrest Davis in 1975 and Russell Davis in 1942; his sister, Ernestine Kaye Martin in 2002 and his granddaughter, Cherry Lee Davis.
Survivors include his wife, Elaine Stokes Davis of Elkton; his sons, Michael Wallace Davis Jr. of Dover, TN and Matthew Scott Davis of Ashland City, TN; his step-son, Todd Jones of Elkton; his step-daughter, Denise Dunn of Elkton; his brother, Tony Arnold Davis of Southside, TN; 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
