Mary Belle Heltsley

Mrs. Mary Belle Heltsley, age 89 of Pontiac, MI and formerly of Clifty, passed away 1:05 AM Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at McLaren-Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, MI of natural causes. Services for Mrs. Heltsley will be 11:00 AM Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Latham Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Wilhite officiating. Burial will follow in the Clifty Christian Church Cemetery. Visitation for Mrs. Heltsley will be from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM Wednesday at Latham Funeral Home.
Mrs. Heltsley was born November 29, 1929 in Clifty, KY the daughter of the late Charlie Edward Brown and Elva Iris Heltsley Brown. She was a homemaker and attended the Columbia Avenue Baptist Church in Pontiac, MI. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence Thomas “Tom” Heltsley in 2006 and her brothers, Billy Joe Brown and James Brown.
Survivors include her sons, Larry Heltsley and his wife Kay of Farmington Hills, MI and Joe Heltsley and his wife Sharon of Waterford, MI; her sisters, Joyce Crafton and her husband Leamon of Elkton and Marilyn Smith and her husband the late Romea of Clifty.
