John Edmond White

Mr. John Edmond White, age 71 of Elkton, passed away 4:30 PM, Monday, July 12, 2021 at Logan Memorial Hospital ER in Russellville of natural causes. Services for Mr. John will be 1:00 PM, Friday, July 16, 2021 at First Missionary Baptist Church in Elkton with Rev. Phillip Suber officiating. Burial will follow in the Elkton Glenwood Cemetery. Visitation for Mr. John will be from 11:00 AM, Friday at the church until time for the services. Latham Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. John was born September 13, 1949 in Allensville, KY. He was retired from Western State Hospital in Hopkinsville where he was a Patient’s Aide. He was a member of the First Missionary Baptist Church in Elkton and a graduate of Todd Central High School. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edmond White and Bertha Louise Morris White and his sister Willie Elizabeth Payne.
Survivors include his sons, Richard White and his wife Danielle of Clarksville, TN and Christopher Steadmon and his wife Felicia of Indianapolis, IN; his daughter, Sherry Johnson of Clarksville, TN; his brother, Frank McReynolds of Elkton; and 12 Grandchildren.
