Jo Nell Settle

Mrs. Jo Nell Settle age 83 of Clifty, KY passed away peacefully Saturday April 10, 2021 4:06 p.m. surrounded by her family. Public services will be Tuesday April 13, 2021 11:00 a.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton, KY. The service will be live-streamed from our website lathamfuneralhome.com. Visitation will be private. Burial will follow in the Cedar Grove Cemetery in Todd County.
Mrs. Settle was born in Muhlenberg County June 17, 1937 the daughter of the late Melvin Winn and Mary Elizabeth Rager Winn. She was a homemaker and a member of the Church of Christ. She is preceded in death besides her parents her husband Romie Settle in 2020.
She is survived by her son Joe Alan Settle and his wife Jeanette Linn Settle of Hopkinsville, KY her brother Larry James Winn of Bowling Green, KY, her granddaughters Elizabeth Settle Weingartner and her husband Charlie of Nashivlle, TN and Katherine Linn Settle of Nashville, TN.
