James Richard Osborn Jr.

Mr. James Richard Osborn Jr age 67 of Elkton passed away Tuesday September 5, 2023 7:11 a.m. at St. Thomas Hospital West in Nashville, TN. The family has chosen a cremation service with burial in the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville, KY at a later date. Latham Funeral Home in Elkton is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Osborn was born April 17, 1956 in Hopkinsville, KY. He was retired from the U.S. Navy and the Logan Todd Water District. He was a member of the Guthrie and Hopkinsville Masonic Lodges and loved to play golf. He is preceded in death by his parents James Richard Osborn Sr and Annie Elizabeth Newcomb Osborn, and his brother Darrell Osborn.
He is survived by his wife Patricia Osborn of Elkton, his son Jerald Osborn of Hickman, KY, his daughters Cynthia Roman and her husband Jason of New Jersey, Crystal Berish and her husband Joel of Virginia, his step son Lloyd McKee of Elkton, his step daughter Audrey McKee of Delmar, NY, his brother Will Osborn and his wife Ann of Trenton, and his sister Carol Ann Manley and her husband Bill of Trenton, 9 grandchildren.
