Earline Oliver

Mrs. Onie Earline Markham Oliver, age 92 of Guthrie, KY passed away 2:54 a.m., Saturday, March 11, 2023 at her daughter’s residence in Elkton. Services will be Wednesday March 15, 2023 1:00 p.m. at Stokes Chapel Church with Bro Justin Chapman, Rev. Gary Chapman, Bro John Chapman and Bro Jeff Chapman officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday March 14, 2023 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton, KY. Visitation at the church on Wednesday from 11:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the Todd County Meadow Haven.
Mrs. Oliver was born December 25, 1930 in the Stringtown Community. She was retired from Flynn Enterprise after many years of service and furnished transportation to the Amish Community. She was a member of Stokes Chapel Church where she taught Sunday School. Mrs. Oliver loved quilting, canning, gardening and especially growing her flowers. Her most joy came from spending time with her family. She is preceded in death by her husband Henry Lewis Oliver in 1977, her parents Lemmie Earl Markham and Martha Lucyndia “Cindy” Wilson Markham, and her brother Marion Thomas Markham.
She is survived by her children Alvin Ree Oliver and his wife Sharon of Guthrie, KY, Linda Oliver Gosser and her husband Danny of Upton, KY, Cindy Oliver Strader and her husband Delbert of Elkton, Norma Oliver Chapman and her husband Gary of Elkton and Henry “Boogie Oliver and his wife Wendy of Allensville, KY, 13 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
