Dorothy M. Suddeath

Mrs. Dorothy “Sweet Pea” Suddeath age 88 of Allensville, KY passed away Sunday January 8, 2023 7:05 a.m. at Tri Star Hendersonville Medical Center in Hendersonville, TN. Services will be Wednesday January 11. 2023 12:00 noon at the Allensville United Methodist Church in Allensville, KY with Rev. Jeff DiMatties and Rev. Bill Oliver officiating. Burial will follow at the Belmont Cemetery in Allensville, KY. Visitation will be at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour at 12 noon. Latham Funeral Home in Elkton, KY is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Suddeath was born September 26, 1934 in Keysburg, KY. She was a homemaker and past operator for Bellsouth in Russellville, KY. She was a member of the Allensville United Methodist Church. Mrs. Suddeath loved to cook, working in her yard growing flowers and helping and uplifting everyone in her community. Mrs. Suddeath loved doing oil paintings. She is preceded in death by her husband William Thomas “Billy” Suddeath in 1997, her parents Eugene Jackson and Susie Jane Shoemake Jackson, her son in law Mark Mosch.
She is survived by her son Ricky Suddeath and his wife Kristi of Allensville, KY, her daughters Vickie Gilliam and her husband Sammy of Pembroke, KY, and Sue Mosch and her husband the late Mark of Elkton, KY, her grandchildren Stacey Hardison and her husband Brandon, Brandy Brown and her husband Chris, Derek Wells and his wife Melanie and Maritza Rittinghaus and her husband Jacob, 6 great grandchildren.
