Mr. Donald Strader, age 76 of Elkton, passed away 5:00 AM, Thursday, September 22, 2022 at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital in Owensboro, KY. Services will be Monday September 26, 2022 11:00 a.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton, KY with Rev. Arno Kranz officiating. Burial will follow in the Strader Cemetery in Todd County. Visitation will be Sunday September 25, 2022 at Latham Funeral Home from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. and on Monday September 26, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Services will be live streamed at lathamfuneralhome.com.
Mr. Strader was born March 11, 1946 in Todd County, KY. He was retired from Super Value in Greenville, KY where he was a Warehouse Specialist for 31 years. He was a member of New Harmony General Baptist Church and the Clifty Antique Tractor and Car Club. He is preceded in death by his parents Edwin Earl Strader and Mertie McGhee Strader, his brothers Carl and Milford Strader, his sister Jo Nell Wells.
He is survived by his wife Linda Addison Strader of Elkton, his son Dave Strader of Elkton, his daughter Tina Strader of Orlando, FL, his brothers Lawrence Strader of Elkton, Billy Strader of Clifty, Buin Strader of Hazard, KY, and Jimmy Strader of Greenville, KY, his sister Shelia Hancock of Russellville, KY, his grandchildren Matthew Strader and Britney Scott, his great grandchildren Nyaire Strader and Zoie Pitts.
