Debra Ann Turner

Mrs. Debbie Turner, age 64 of Elkton, passed away 8:10 AM, Thursday, January 07, 2021 at The Medical Center of Bowling Green of natural causes. The family has chosen a cremation service with a memorial graveside service 12:00 noon Tuesday January 12, 2021 at Joines Chapel Cemetery with Rev. Terry Rigsby and Rev. Jeremy Wagoner officiating burial to follow. There will be no visitation.
Mrs. Turner was born in Elkton, KY November 29, 1956 the daughter of Joyce Borders Rigsby and the late Gilbert Rigsby Jr. She was employed at TGask in Hopkinsville, KY. A member of Joines Chapel General Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her father Gilbert Rigsby Jr, her brother Mitchell Rigsby, her sisters Rita Sue Spurlin and Jody Rogers. She loved her grandkids, Christmas decorating, taking care of flowers her cats and was great at photography.
She is survived by her husband Delmer Turner of Elkton, her mother Joyce Rigsby of Elkton, her sons Kevin Turner and his wife Lisa of Russellville, KY, and Adam Turner and his wife Kasey of Bowling Green, KY, her daughter Tracey Groves and her husband Mark of Kirkmansville, KY, her brothers Terry Rigsby, Daryl Rigsby and Lindell “Mutt” Rigsby all of Elkton, KY, her grandchildren Corey Dukes and his wife Kayla, Caleb Dukes and his wife Jaima, Adam Young and his wife Kayla, Kelsey Turner and Ansley Turner, her great grandchildren Kameren Dukes, Aubrey Young, Bentley Young and Mason Young.
