Dalton Kent Griffin

Mr. Dalton Kent Griffin, age 57 of Elkton, passed away suddenly Saturday, December 5, 2020 while he was at work at Emerson Electric in Russellville. Private graveside service will be Wednesday December 9, 2020 at Cedar Grove Cemetery with Rev. Randy Davenport officiating. Burial will follow. There will be no visitation.
Mr. Griffin was born in Todd County September 15, 1963 the son of the late Arlie Hazel Griffin and Jewel Borders Griffin. He was employed at Emerson Electric for the past 38 years. Mr. Griffin was a member of Calvary Baptist Church where he served as a deacon and went on many mission trips. He loved working with Josh on the farm and riding horses. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by his son Dalton Kent Griffin Jr. in 1987.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years Susan Griffin of Elkton, his son Josh and his wife Toni Griffin of Trenton, KY, his daughters Adalynn Bush and Brooke Bush both of Elkton, KY, his brothers Ellis Settle of Clifty, Arlie Griffin of Beechmont and Wade Griffin of Elkton. His sisters Ann Bush of Cadiz and Lou Jean Griffin of Elkton, his grandson Colt Pete Griffin.
