Connie Kay Powell

Mrs. Connie Kay Powell, age 68 of Hopkinsville, passed away 1:15 PM Sunday, September 15, 2019 at her residence of natural causes. Graveside services will be held 11:00 AM Wednesday, September 18, 2019 at Mt. Tabor Cemetery with Rev. Eddie Mitchell officiating. Latham Funeral Home in Elkton is in charge of the arrangements.
Mrs. Connie was born March 7, 1951 in Todd Co, KY the daughter of the late Henry and Gladys Peak Sisco. She was retired from Flynn Enterprise and was a member of Joines Chapel General Baptist Church in Clifty. Mrs. Connie was preceded in death by her son Christopher Watson in 1978
Survivors include her husband, J. B. Powell of Hopkinsville, her sons, Brian Lee Sisco and Derrick Powell both of Hopkinsville; her step-daughters, Melissa Powell Creamer, Michelle Daniel and Lisa Parker all of Hopkinsville, KY; her sisters, Louise Rager of Sharon Grove and Wanda Barton of Georgia; and also 11 grandchildren.
