Billy Wayne Offutt

Mr. Billy Wayne Offutt, age 79 of Russellville, passed away 8:00 AM Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at his residence in Russellville, KY of natural causes. Services for Mr. Offutt will be 2:00 PM Sunday, March 3, 2019 at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton. Burial will follow in the Pea Ridge Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 11:00 AM until time for the service at Latham Funeral Home.
Mr. Offutt was born July 21, 1939 in Todd County the son of the late George Lee Offutt and Ora Belle Wilson Offutt Gorrell. He was retired from Kentucky Department of Transportation and a U. S. Army Reserve Veteran. He was preceded in death by his brother, Jerry Offutt in 2000.
Survivors include his son, Mike Offutt and his wife, Emily of Auburn; his daughter, Lisa Offutt of Russellville; his brothers, Larry Offutt and his wife, Shirley of Montgomery, AL and Marty Offutt and his wife Beverly of Mayfield, KY; his grandchildren, Nick and Elijah Offutt; his great granddaughter, Allison Offutt.
