Billy Wesley McGhee

Mr. Billy Wesley McGhee, age 83 of Elkton, passed away 2:00 AM, Monday, August 9, 2021 at St. Vincent Hospital in Evansville, IN of natural causes. Services for Mr. Billy will be 10:00 AM, Monday, August 23, 2021 at West Side Church of Christ in Elkton with Mr. Doug Gregory officiating. Burial will follow in the McPherson Cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 AM Monday until time for the service at West Side Church of Christ. The family requests that masks be worn during the visitation and service.
Mr. Billy was born April 10, 1938 in Todd County. He was retired from BellSouth, was the owner of Western Kentucky Farm Services and was a farmer. He had served in the U. S. Army Reserves and was a member of West Side Church of Christ where he served as Song Leader, Deacon and Elder. He was preceded in death by his parents, Earl Thomas and Isabel Jane Harris McGhee, his wife, Willadean McGhee; his son, Kenneth Randal McGhee, and his sister, Peggy Moore and her husband Wilmon.
Survivors include his son Danny Bruce McGhee and his wife Sandy of Elkton, KY; his daughter, Vicki Tipton and her husband Alan of Elkton, KY; his brother, Mike McGhee and his wife Susan of Elkton; his grandchildren Steven McGhee and his wife Ashley and Leslie Boley and her husband Ethan all of Elkton, KY, and Jessica Haase and her husband Eric of Mt. Carmel, IL, and 5 great grandchildren.
