Bertha Mae Robinson

Mrs. Bertha Mae Robinson, age 79 of Elkton, passed away 8:30 PM, Saturday, November 19, 2022 at her residence. Memorial services will be November 29, 2022 1:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home with Rev. Joe F. Lewis and Pastor Lisa Balboa officiating. Gathering with the family will be from 11:30 a.m. until the memorial service at 1:00 p.m. Services will be live streamed at lathamfuneralhome.com.
Mrs. Robinson was born in Elkton, KY March 7, 1943. She retired from Emerson Electric as a machine operator after 27 years of service. She was a member of Phillips Chapel CME Church in Elkton, KY where she served on the Stewardess Board and as a Sunday School Teacher. Her love of children lead her to be a foster parent for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents Norris Coleman and Elnora Rice Coleman, her sisters Joann Gaines and Jane Clark.
She is survived by her daughter Kimberly Mensah of Elkton, KY and her son Kevin Torian and his wife Sharnette of Clarksville, TN, her former husband James Torian, her sisters Mary Dye of Lawton, OK and Eloise Robinson of Milwaukee, WI, 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
