Anita Hudnall Gilbert

Ms. Anita Hudnall Gilbert age 58 of Elkton passed away Tuesday March 1, 2022 10:00 p.m. at Logan Memorial Hospital in Russellville, KY. Services will be Saturday March 5, 2022 1:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home with Rev. Kevin Heflin officiating. Burial will follow in the Stokes Chapel Cemetery in Todd County. Visitation will be Friday March 4, 2022 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton. Services will be live streamed at lathamfuneralhome.com.
Ms. Gilbert was born July 14, 1963 in Elkton,KY the daughter of Deborah Hudnall Johnson and the late Virgil Lee Johnson Sr. She was the Business Office Manager at Christian Health Center in Hopkinsville, KY, she was also a Certified Medical Tech and a licensed CNA. She had also served as the Migrant Teacher for Todd County School System, she earned her Bachelors Degree from Austin Peay State University. She was a member of New Life Worship Center where she taught Sunday school. She is preceded in death by her dad Virgil Lee Johnson Sr, her son Wesley Aaron Myers, her brother Virgil Lee Johnson Jr.
She is survived by her mother Deborah Johnson of Elkton, her sons Jason Hudnall and his wife Trudy of Battle Creek, MI, and Ryan Hudnall of Elkton, her daughter Brittane Shifflett and her husband Elliott of Russellville, KY, her sisters Vanessa Johnson of Elkton, and Sheila Keezel and her husband Scott of Russellville, KY, her grandson Colton Hudnall.
