Ms. Rosalind Edmonds Browder age 67 of Elkton, KY passed away Friday February 3, 2017 10:11 p.m. at the Medical Center of Bowling Green, KY of natural causes. Services will be Wednesday February 8, 2017 1:00 p.m. at the First Missionary Baptist Church in Elkton, KY. Burial will follow in the Elkton-Glenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday February 7, 2017 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton and on Wednesday after 10:00 a.m. at the church.
Ms. Browder was born in Elkton, KY September 3, 1949 the daughter of the late Ephriam T. Edmonds and Cynthia Price Edmonds. She was retired from Americasmart of Atlanta, GA with 14 years service. A life long member of the First Missionary Baptist Church where she served as President of Black History Committee, Culinary Committee, Sick and Shut- in Committee and the Church Anniversary Committee. She was preceded in death by her brother Fred Edmonds in 2012.
She is survived by her sons Jeffery Morrow, Wayne (Camiki) Morrow, Joe (Tarasha) Morrow all of Elkton, KY, Warren (Dionda) Browder III of Midwest City, OK, her brothers James “Jim” Edmonds of Elkton, KY and Kenneth (Kathy) Edmonds of Russellville, KY, her sister Phyllis Ann (David) Leavell of Elkton, KY 17 Grandchidren and 9 Great Grandchildren. A host of nieces, nephews and cousins but all are considered family.
