Mrs. Genilla Buckley age 90 of Elkton, KY passed away Thursday January 12, 2017 9:45 p.m. at in Elkton of natural causes.  Services will be Sunday January 15, 2017 1:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home.  Burial will follow in the Johnston Cemetery in Kirkmansville, KY.  Visitation will be on Sunday January 15, 2017 after 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour.
   Mrs. Buckley was born in Lyon County, KY September 19, 1926 the daughter of the late William T. Bloodworth and Nannie Prescott Bloodworth.  She was a homemaker and a member of the Kirkmansville United Methodist Church where she served as a Sunday School Teacher for 60 years.  Her husband William Buckley Jr. passed away in 2002.  
  She is survived by her daughter Pam (Jerry Wayne) Johnson of Olmstead, KY, her grandsons Patrick and Brandon McIntosh her great grandchildren Emily, Ashley, Lily and Avery.
     In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be given to Johnston Cemetery Fund, C/O June Allison, 5919 Clifty-Kirkmansville Rd. Elkton, KY 42220.
