Mrs. Benita Jean Mallory age 90 of Elkton, KY passed away Monday September 18, 2017 8:00 a.m. at Creekwood Place in Russellville, KY of natural causes. Services will be Friday September 22, 2017 11:00 a.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton, KY with Rev. Terry Joiner officiating. Burial will follow in the Bivins Cemetery in Todd County. Visitation will be Thursday September 21, 2017 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Latham Funeral Home.
Mrs. Mallory was born in Muhlenberg County December 31, 1926 the daughter of the late Elgan Walker and Flora Bell Graham Walker. She had been employed by Houchen’s Markets. Besides her parents she is preceded in death by her brother Lyndle Walker.
She is survived by her sons Duard, Eddie and Leon Mallory all of Elkton, KY her daughters Rita Stevens of Clifty, KY, and Roberta Ray of Elkton, KY. Also surviving are 10 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.
